NCCER is a not-for-profit education foundation created to develop industry-driven standardized craft training programs with portable credentials and help address the critical workforce shortage facing the construction industry. Finally, our goal is to build a "Blue Collar" College ... able to educate and train thousands of professionals, who will become fully fluent in the profession of the construction industry.
