Performance has trained more than 2,000 students by working hand-in-hand with ATS to bring the best new techniques and technologies to students entering our field.

But Performance Training is the next step for the construction professional.

It's focused and rigorous.
It's also cost-effective for the professional looking to expand their depth of knowledge and develop new skill sets in emerging equipment.

We are a heavy equipment operator training company with schools in Columbus, OH., Dallas, TX. and other cities and providing training for employees across the U.S.

We are part of the ATS network of companies that are viewed as the leader in heavy equipment operator training. We focus on "Building Careers" at our school and providing certification and improving safety and production with our specialized training with a strong team of instructors and local managers who consistently reflect the values of safety, integrity, teamwork, learning/leading and a "can-do"/finish attitude.

Performance Training is focused on providing NCCER-operator school and certification (National Center for Construction Education and Research).

At our school, we provide improved safety and product training that helps build a workforce of productive professionals. NCCER is a not-for-profit education foundation created to develop industry-driven standardized craft training programs with portable credentials and help address the critical workforce shortage facing the construction industry.

Finally, our goal is to build a "Blue Collar" College ... able to educate and train thousands of professionals, who will become fully fluent in the profession of the construction industry.  The idea of the "Blue Collars" College is to offer the same opportunities found at colleges and universities to individuals willing to put the hard work and apply discipline into a lifetime opportunity of higher learning, which can lead to a career (not just a job) as a licensed and certified heavy equipment, crane, or commercial driver licensed (CDL) operator.  Listed below are the certifications that are received:
