Special Project within Performance focuses on projects that have a unique and/or difficult complexity to them that not every site work contractor can perform, such as:

• Lime Stabilization
• Cement Stabilization
• Asphalt Reclamation
• Projects with an extensive amount of import or export - that will compliment Joe Dirt
• Internal site work projects that need to be managed for Performance Land Development
• Civil projects that have complex retaining wall designs
• Owner/Developer projects that need strong project management services where Performance acts as a General Contractor (GC) for the site work portion of the project)
• Environmental projects that have a heavy civil portion to them
• Wetland improvements and/or stream mitigation projects
• Small to mid-size civil projects for select owners that value the relationship and benefits of working with Performance (Negotiated Work)

Soil stabilization techniques
Environmental specializes in soil stabilization techniques and shoring systems to provide safe excavation entry and minimize risk to existing foundations. We work in accordance compliance with OSHA safety standards for protecting workers.
